Somayya Polytechnic is one of the leading premier institutions, established in 2010 providing quality technical education. It has a history of Excellence in all genre of education. This institution came into existence with a belief that quality education and health only can bring about true transformation of the huge human resource of our nation. The college started its journey towards excellence with a vision of providing good quality, discipline and welfare to the students and staff. The year 1995 saw Shri P.S. Ambatkar forayinto educational section. In next several years, he was able to set up several schools of State and CBSE board patterns. The highlight of his career in the year 2010 when he established Somayya Polytechnic in Wadgaon area of Chadrapur town.“The direction in which education starts, decides a student’s future professional life. Our group of schools and college has set down specific this objective in order to bring out all round development and progress of the students so that they can adjust themselves in the fast developing society. We at Maharashtra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal , will enable generation of students to acquire them both knowledge and wisdom. Our aim is to open 50 schools.
